About us

Sigekiya Ramen was founded by Mamoru Sugizaki in Yokohama, Japan. The first branch in the Philippines opened on April 2016. We are serving great tasting ramen, tsukemen and other Japanese fares like gyoza, tempura, chicken karaage, okonomiyaki, teriyakidon, katsudon and more. The soup of our signature ramen, the sigekiya ramen, was specially created by Sugizaki san. It has thicker consistency than most ramens available in the market. The thick noodles complemented well with the soup. And we have no tonkotsu broth, if you want to have a good ramen that is beyond the usual tonkotsu ramen, try our Sigekiya Ramen.

One of the best for ramen

This ranks as one of my go to places for savory ramen. There are other items on the menu which are all very reasonably priced. It can get crowded in the evenings and on weekends. Service is also very good.

A different kind of broth. Delicious

A must when you go South. Their sigekiya ramen is different from the usual tonkotsu..really good. The size is also perfect, regular is good enough for a hungry tummy.

Best Ramen Ever

The place was quaint but comfortable. The ramen came in 3 bowl sizes and spiciness level 1 to 10. The noodles were thick and the broth so thick. Its a little bit salty but not bad. I only had level 2 because I want to taste the ramen. The pork melts in your mouth. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently, the mall toilets were just a couple of restaurants down and it is very clean. You have to visit!

Rich broth

Their specialty has a really thick and rich broth, which is really good, but I prefer the light version. What I like with Sigekiya is that they have 3 different sizes. I get easily full with ramen, so the small size is perfect for me! This is one of my favorite ramen places in Alabang!
