Yoga Teacher Training

I was really worried at the beginning of Yoga Teacher Training Course because i had less practice than other students who joined the class, however i was given special attention during the entire course and i never felt isolated during the yoga practice. The teacher and staff are very courteous to help you. The course is very professional so you how you are improving each day both physically and mentally. I loved the Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy classes, which i thought it would be so difficult to focus. Teacher Leona made it look very comfortable during her teacher. She is knowledgeable, caring and professional as well.

Wonderful learning experience, and excellent teaching methodology.
Leona is a knowledgeable & compassionate teacher who the group together in a loving way as we went through the intensive program.
My fellow classmates were really amazing & supportive and I have cultivated meaningful friendships with them from this Teacher Training Course
